30th Celebration: Special Combination Set from Asia

The worldwide 30th Celebration is getting its own combination product in Asia. On October 1, 2026, two versions of the 30th Celebration Special Combination Set release in Hong Kong and Taiwan. The recommended retail price in Taiwan is 570 TWD, roughly 15.50 euros.

What is in the pack

Every pack shares the same basic contents:

  • 5 booster packs of the 30th Celebration expansion
  • 2 holo promo cards, guaranteed and fixed per version

The two versions differ only in the promo cards shown on the front.

The two versions

  • Greninja ex & Lucario: Greninja ex 204/M-P and Lucario 205/M-P
  • Sylveon ex & Alolan Exeggutor: Sylveon ex 203/M-P and Alolan Exeggutor 202/M-P

All four promos are alternative reprints of already known cards. Greninja ex and Sylveon ex come from the ex collections, Lucario and Alolan Exeggutor from the tech sticker collections. Each card also carries the 30th Pikachu stamp.

What this means for collectors

Measured against five boosters, the roughly 15.50 euro price sits close to normal booster pricing, which effectively makes the two guaranteed promos a bonus. That is exactly what makes regionally limited combination products interesting: they release in a small market only, so the print run is lower than for the worldwide 30th Celebration products.

Both versions are announced for Hong Kong and Taiwan only. There is no release for Europe or Japan so far, and none is planned for the German market either. Anyone who wants one will have to import it.

And in Germany?

The 30th Celebration expansion itself has been available worldwide, German included, since September 16, 2026. The Special Combination Set is a purely Asian addition printed in Traditional Chinese. We are keeping an eye on whether importing it makes sense and will report back once there are solid supply prices.
