Delta Reign: four new Illustration Rares

The card wave of 22 September 2026 confirmed four more Illustration Rares from Delta Reign (German: Delta-Herrschaft). Illustration Rares are full-art cards that play exactly like the regular version but show their own scene. They are the part of a set that consistently interests collectors most.

Masquerain 104/103

Masquerain has 110 HP and two attacks. The first, Frightening Pattern, does 30 damage and stops the Defending Pokémon from attacking during your opponent's next turn. The second, Bug Out, reveals the bottom 7 cards of your deck and does 50 damage for each Pokémon found there that has the same attack.

Growlithe 106/103

Growlithe brings 80 HP. Howl switches your opponent's Active Pokémon to the bench, with your opponent choosing the new Active Pokémon. Reverse Kick does 50 damage. The artwork shows Growlithe in a pink tiled bathroom, a motif that clearly breaks with the usual battle scenes.

Pincurchin 109/103

Pincurchin has 80 HP and the attack Energy Crush. It does 20 damage for each Energy attached to any of your opponent's Pokémon. Against decks with a lot of Energy on board that scales fast. The artwork shows a dark underwater scene with a whole group of Pincurchin.

Azurill 115/103

At 30 HP Azurill is the smallest card of the group. Its attack Bouncy-Bounce Charge costs one Colorless Energy, searches your deck for 1 Energy card and attaches it to 1 of your Benched Pokémon. That is clean acceleration for decks building an attacker on the bench. The card is illustrated by Narumi Sato and shows Azurill at a garden pond among flowers.

What this means for the set layout

Together with the previously shown Sprigatito 105/103 that makes five known Illustration Rares. Delta Reign has 103 regular cards, so the Illustration Rare block starts at 104. The gaps at 107, 108 and 110 to 114 show that several cards of this tier are still unannounced.
