Meowscarada ex 014/103 and the Sprigatito line in detail

On 22 September 2026 the complete starter line around Meowscarada ex was shown for Delta Reign (German: Delta-Herrschaft). The set calls Meowscarada the Magician Pokémon and gives it the strongest Grass card of the expansion.

Meowscarada ex 014/103

Meowscarada ex is a Stage 2 Pokémon with 320 HP, evolves from Floragato and has a Fire weakness (times 2). Its single attack is Magical Bullet for two Grass Energy:

120 damage. This attack also does 120 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon that has any damage counters on it. Weakness and Resistance are not applied for Benched Pokémon.

At its core this is a snipe attack. It rewards decks that spread damage counters onto the bench first and can take out a prepared bench threat in the same turn. 240 damage across two targets for two Energy is a very good rate.

The pre-evolutions

Sprigatito 012/103 is a Basic Pokémon with 70 HP. Its attack Play Rough does 10 damage, then you flip a coin and add 20 more damage on heads.

Floragato 013/103 has 90 HP and the attack Slash for 60 damage.

Sprigatito as Illustration Rare 105/103

On top of the regular card, Sprigatito gets an Illustration Rare numbered 105/103. Illustration Rares are full-art cards without their own mechanic and historically perform very well for cute Basic Pokémon. As a Paldea starter, Sprigatito is one of those Pokémon collectors reliably chase.

Delta Reign releases on 6 November 2026 with 103 regular cards plus secret rares. Playing the full line means three different cards from the same set, which raises booster demand. For collectors the Sprigatito Illustration Rare is the interesting part.
